A nice size hotel, all in all excellent service!!

Very very nice staff, modern room with excellent views. Location so close to serenity to meet the needs of those traveling from tourist locations, hiking and the centre of the village.

The double room we booked was spacious with new furniture and big round tables, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs.

In israel, we use to say "why did'nt I asked amillion $" and in U.S.a they use to say "speak of the devil". I intend to write you anyway. the only thing I liked was the location, and even this was a problem. I came to the hotel, which was empty during all my stay!!! We where alone!!! The room is just simple, not very clean, ther was not possibillity to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room ect. but the most "hutzpa" was that my reservation inclluded a buffe breakfast and we hardley got a continental one!!! Therefor I want some amount of money back!!!!! Simply, it might be an hotel working in summertime or some weekends. I do not demand honor I demand my money back!

The room is modern and warm, it comes with excellent views, much furnishings or attempts at decor, a terrace.

Easy to get around. Brand-new rooms with exceptionally comfortable bed. - Nice personnel. - Variety of facilities including central heating, safe, and multi-channel TV.

it is very well located in relation to the village

staff tended to be a bit stand offish...when i asked for a restaurant recommendation in the town, the gentleman behind the desk looked at me and said "You mean, other than the restaurant here? I don't know."

Outstanding service from the friendly staff, and the location is breathtakingly close to the waterfalls.

The situation of the hotel is beautiful being right next to the lake with outstanding views, while at the same time being right in the centre of the village. The pool was great and the restaraunt good.

The only problem with the hotel is it's proximity to a rather loud bar. During the day the bar was quiet but both nights we were there loud music played until early hours

The hotel miralago is a nice reasonably priced hotel with nice food, located on a lovely lake in a ruaral part of Italy.only down part was the menu had no english on it and there is very little English spoken localy

The value for money was great, especially considering the beautiful lake view from the room and the spaciousness of the triple room. The location was quiet and scenic, with lots of mountain top villages to explore nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved by starting a bit earlier for hikers, as breakfast didn't begin until 8am.

the location on the lake is very nice,room is ok no more,breakfest was ok,no major catasthrofic downsides,good value for money.

i think knowing english is a must requirment for hotel staff ,esspecially since this is not a family hotel,it seems hotel is built for internal tourism esppecially for families with children,and not for couples.don't expect too much night life....

Very lovely location along the lake. Each room has their own balcony overlooking the water.

I always return to this amazing place because it has everything I need. The staff even helped with an insect bite during my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, tasty food, outdoor pool, and more. Can't wait to come back for Easter!
